Which bake-time gives the crust of our bread the perfect crunch? You can count on us to serve up a celebration of the best ingredients on every plate. We source from farms here in Virginia...

but we’ll go all the way to Italy to learn how to make a true Neapolitan pizza or New Zealand to source the best grass-fed beef. Eight restaurants later, we even partner with a local farm, called The Neighborhood Harvest, where the freshest greens are grown. When we opened our doors 28 years ago, farm-to-table food was a new idea. Since then, we have continued to prepare our menu with inspiring ingredients. The saying around our own family table is this: Eat Well, Be Happy. We hope you’ll bring your own friends and family to experience it for yourselves.
